“Shall We Pray?” If you’ve been a Christian for a long time, you’ve been encouraged to pray. But do you know how to pray? Do you have big, complex theological questions about prayer? Would you like to be more comfortable praying? Would you like to experience a closer relationship with God? It’s time to step forward in prayer. Over the summer of 2024, we’ll spend 10 weeks talking about prayer, answering your questions about prayer and giving you tools to grow closer and closer to God. This week’s teaching addresses the elephant in the room – why doesn’t God always answer me? Many of us have bought into the cliché that God answers all prayers in one of three ways: yes, no, and not yet. But is it possible that the universe is a much more complicated place, and that the answer to unanswered prayer is more mysterious and complex, than we’ve been led to believe?
