The Impact of A Mother
No word brings more fear and apprehension to most modern Christians than the word evangelism. We think of men on street corners with bullhorns, billboards on expressways and people knocking on the doors of strangers. Those negative associations are far different from the stories of evangelism in the early church. We will look at 5 examples of biblical evangelism in April and May. On this Mother’s Day weekend, we are looking at the faith of one woman. She is only mentioned in the Bible twice. Her name is Lydia. Yet her response to the gospel changed everything for her and her town.
