Facing Giants
The story of the 12 spies is a case study on failed leadership. Moses selected 12 recognized leaders to explore the promised land. Israel had journeyed through the wilderness for 12 months over hundreds of miles and now they stood on the border and guess what happened? They chickened out. This week we will look deeper at this story and see what it might have in common with the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday.
